The project must serve the advancement of social reform, and ensure its fund invested can gain maximum interest for society.
Supported by the government, in line with national policy.
Assisted organizations should make sure the fund be most effectively managed and used.

Notes
Our foundation is just like other foundations. We only support a small number of projects in accordance with our foundation’s objects intensively. Generally speaking, we only consider the suggested schemes that are in accordance with our foundation’s funding policy and our funding principles.


Application
Institutes asking for funding should submit a file less than five pages, concisely describe your institute and suggested schemes of the project, objects or results supposed to achieve, amount of money in demand, purpose of fund, etc. You are also welcome to offer any auxiliary materials which can help us better assess your proposal.

We will reply through e-mail after reception. Due to the large amount of applications, we need time to evaluate applications. If your application has been admitted into our initial consideration, we will ask you to provide more detailed application schemes.


Admitting Application
Once admitted, we will sign a formal funding agreement with funded institutes, listing items and conditions agreed by both sides. Our foundation reserves all the right for making adjustment, audit, and account examination for funded projects and its plan.


Application Deadline
We accept application for funding project proposals all the year round, but newly-planned fund might be restrained by promised appropriation budget.
